Analysis: This is a team that has been rebuilding for years now, and this may be the year things start to look up. Bradford, after being injured in his last year, is ready to go and is in great shape to start the season as the starting quarterback. Gilyard will provide a target for Bradford as well as a return man with explosive talent. Saffold will add depth to the line that needs help. Steven Jackson is still one of the best running backs, and he is looking for an explosive year where Bradford will take some heat off of him. Diggs was a great pick up to join James Laurinaitis to help the terrible defense from last year. The line is a little weak, but Robbins will help Chris Long make it stronger. Murphy will contribute to the secondary with Justin King and Ronald Bartell. They can still use help, but the Rams are a better team this year than they have been for a long time.

2010 Season Predictions: 3-13, Third in NFC West
